How to find chronological age?
To determine chronological age, there is a simple method: subtract the date of birth from the given date in reverse order, i.e., (yy/mm/dd) – (yy/mm/dd).
- Write Current Date(Today’s) and Date of birth in backward format – 2026/12/22 and 2025/12/20
- Now, subtract day from day, month from month, and year from year, i.e., 22 – 20 = 2days, 12 – 12 = 0 months, 2026-2025 = 1 Year
- Round up age if day > 15, otherwise remains the same. For example, if the day was 16, then this age would be (1year,1month), but in this case, 2 days < 15, so the age will be the same.
- Insert the semicolon between Year and Month, i.e., (Year, Month) = (1, 0).
